This one seem a little scary on the surface, but it is just using the standards set by MongoDB and Apollo to establish a skeleton for our backend. Its quite important that everyone takes a look and tries to start the server. We have no connection to the frontend yet, but i advice you to follow the instructions in server/README.md and send some requests to see that it works. You need MongoDB and to download the data from the dataset in the link in README.md (extract it and move the .csv to the server/data folder).

closes #10

joelte added 3 commits October 5, 2026 22:25
Created a server folder containing a skeleton for all the described functionality required by the server to work according to the description found in the README.md.
Added documentation to explain the functionality of the server including how to run it, how to run automated tests and examples of manual tests with Apollo.
No actual changes here exept in the README.md changing the folder name from "IT2810-T33-P2" to "frontend" in the filetree and the README.md.
